Este arancel se contribuye a la financiaci\u00f3n de becas para los materiales peligrosos de respuesta de emergencia de la planificaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n de los Estados, tribus ind\u00edgenas, organizaciones sin fines de lucro, y seleccione las asociaciones profesionales.
