Supervisor Training Reasonable Suspicion

As stipulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, if an individual operates a vehicle with a gross weight surpassing 26,000 lbs, necessitating a commercial driver’s license (CDL), OR if the vehicle is designed for 16 or more passengers, including the driver (with churches and non-profit organizations not being exempt), then the driver must be enrolled in a drug and alcohol testing program compliant with DOT regulations. We, operating under the legal and promotional purview of USDOT Compliance, are precisely such a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing program.
